The most memorable food experiences engage more than just one's sense of taste, and Fortnum & Mason and Otherway partnered to create a new series of chocolate bar flavors and packaging designs, plus original piano scores to turn snacking into a multisensory moment that resonates emotionally.
Fortnum & Mason's reimagined collection of chocolate bars offers an off-the-shelf interpretation of the sonic experiences that often accompany what people find in cafes and restaurants. To bring unique compositions to life, music production company Mcasso, composers Nathan Britton and Jasmine Meaden, and the team at Otherway developed 16 piano pieces to go with the 16 different chocolate flavors by Fortnum & Mason. Now, the refreshed range has even more meaning thanks to its new name: Bars of Chocolate.
