In a collaboration with Raised Doughnuts, Matcha Man Ice Cream is now serving hybrid food and drink treats that involve a combination of coffee, soft serve ice cream and donuts. The decadent three-in-one treat combines a gluten-free house-made mochi donut from Raised Doughnuts with a topping of Vietnamese coffee soft serve, which is then placed atop a takeaway coffee beverage.

Beyond offering consumers a unique flavor experience by combining different flavors, textures and types of food and beverages, these kinds of unique creations offer an eating experience that is highly memorable and most definitely worthy of a photo.

As it stands, neither Raised Doughnuts or Matcha Man Ice Cream has a permanent brick-and-mortar shop, although their treats may be found at various pop-up shop locations in the Seattle, Washington area.
