To satisfy growing consumer demands, FrieslandCampina Kievit launched a foaming creamer range centered around both premiumization and convenience. In particular, the high-froth coffee creamers cater to Millennial and Gen Z consumers, who are looking for premium coffee experiences outside of the coffeehouse.
The Vana-Cappa range is made up of indulgent "spoonable foams" that are said to offer a premium mouthfeel, superior taste and "replicate sensory qualities of a delicious full-flavored frothy milk beverage."
Recreating high-quality cafe beverages at home can be an issue without the right ingredients, equipment or know-how, but as the Vana-Cappa foaming creamer range is made with real dairy, coconut oil and dairy solids, it only needs to be poured into a cup for the foam to appear. According to FrieslandCampina Kievit’s Floortje Bijleveld, "from a premium perspective, not everyone can afford a machine in the home, so it’s very convenient and more premium than an instant coffee mix."
