Jacob Munkhammar Takes Photos of Illusive Flying Vehicles

Following his Air Drive series, Jacob Munkhammar continues with his passion for creating faux flying vehicles in his latest series 'Flying Citroen Cars.' The series focuses on vintage Citroen cars with a more futuristic concept created by Munkhammar.

The Swedish artist takes the photos of the vintage cars and then manipulates them on Photoshop to look like they are floating and don't need to run with wheels. He also applies retro films to the photos to further their vintage aesthetics, which are both black and white and colored.

Overall, the automotive photographs look surreal. They truly look like they could be movie stills from a sci-fi film from the 60s or a real-life version of The Jetsons.
