As Millennials currently make up over a third of the total workforce in the United States, ClassPass and HR technology company Justworks are partnering up to redefine corporate wellness programs and fitness packages. Flexibility, freedom and customization are valued by Millennial consumers in many aspects of their lives, especially when it comes to the workplace and the way they approach their physical well-being.
Justworks CEO and founder Isaac Oates describes that "Millennials want flexibility, especially when it comes to their wellness and fitness options. In teaming up with ClassPass, we are able to create a better, more accessible wellness program for this millennial workforce, and the growing businesses trying to attract and retain millennial talent." Companies that offer ClassPass through Justworks will now have the option to choose how much is contributed to an employee's monthly ClassPass membership, which has the potential to support their well-being in many ways beyond the office.
