Stouffer's 'Fit Kitchen' Appeals to Guys with Protein-Rich Frozen Foods

Many convenient health-conscious food products are branded with dieting women in mind, but Stouffer's launched Fit Kitchen as a way to appease men who felt that they were lacking hearty, healthy options in the frozen food aisle.

Fit Kitchen meals like Steak Fajita, Bourbon Steak and Cilantro Lime Chicken are packed with at least 25 grams of protein, plus a complex carbohydrates—the ratio is roughly about 50 percent carbs to 25 percent protein and healthy fats.

Stouffer's Fit Kitchen joins a range of other products that are expressly targeted towards supporting men's health and wellness. Other noteworthy examples of this include the Fit Men Cook app and the Dannon Oikos Triple Zero being branded as the Official Yogurt of the NFL.
