The Birds Eye Get Real Protein meals are a new range of frozen food items from the brand in the UK that are crafted with globally inspired cuisine and nutritional goals in mind.

The frozen meals have an average of 34-grams of protein in each serving alongside two or more servings of veggies to give them a satisfying profile. The meals are ready to enjoy in the microwave in seven-minutes, and come in four flavor options including Red Thai Chicken Curry, Mexican Chicken Burrito Bowl, Moroccan Chicken Rice Bowl and Indian Chicken Curry.
