Filip Pagowski is the talented artist behind the iconic COMME des GARÇONS heart logo, and his latest project is in collaboration with Nike. The talented artist reimagined all 30 NBA team logos for a unique collection full of t-shirts. The collaboration reworks not only logos, but team names, cities and mascots as well, to match the aesthetics of Pagowski's artwork. His whimsical and playful illustration style gives the teams creative new identities.
Nike expresses that it gave the artist a chance to really explore the heritage of each team and how the imagery came to be. The Filip Pagowski x Nike collection of reworked NBA motif t-shirts will be available exclusively on Nike Connected NBA Jerseys online beginning on April 19th. Following that, the collection will be available on the Nike App on April 21st.
