Deconstructing how the general public believes a structure stands, designer Juan De Marco, with Timo Carl, has devised what is being hailed as the "Fibrous Tower."
Skipping over the algorithmic and scientific jumble (honestly, do you even care?), this thing is out of some sci-fi fantasy or comic book alter-reality. I don’t know anything about "exoskeleton tower typology" or about compressing "the structural and tectonic hierarchies of contemporary tower design into a single shell," but what I do know is the Fibrous Tower is one bad-ass cellular creation.
