Targeting Gen Z, McDonald's announced a Summer Festival Tour that will provide people with fun ways of interacting with its iconic menu items. This year's Summer Festival Tour marks McDonald's fourth annual tour and over the last three years it has served more than 88,000 McFlurrys. For a taste of something different, McDonald's will now be focusing on McNuggets for its latest activation.
With experiences agency Fuse, McDonald's created an immersive festival experience that will provide young event-goers with something entertaining to do as they wait. As well as being able to get lost in a McNuggets maze, people will also be able to step into a 360-degree spinning photo experience and play with augmented reality McNuggets lenses.
