The 'Femometer' is an app-connected thermometer that was specifically designed to help women better control and understand their bodies. With this smart thermometer, women are able to record their lowest body temperature each morning and have this data automatically synced to an accompanying app.

With this data, a woman is able to better understand her own fertility and menstrual cycles, which can be a tool for getting pregnant or avoiding it altogether. Based on recorded information, the app is able to predict when to send out PMS alerts and call out days when conception rates are the highest and ovulation is likely to occur.

At the end of the Indiegogo campaign for the empowering Femometer, the smart BBT thermometer was 240% funded, indicating a high demand for fertility-tracking tools.
