In an effort to pair the superior service of fine dining with the speed and convenience of a fast casual concept, Mellow Mushroom has just opened a new fast-fine prototype in Atlanta.
Located at The Boulevard at Grant Park, the new at fast-fine prototype will combine guest-friendly technology with an elevated menu. Guests will still order at the counter, which will allow for faster service, but they will be able to enjoy Mellow Mushroom's signature stone-baked pizzas and a whole host of location-specific menu items. Some of these exclusive menu items include the new 'panizzis,' which are hand-held pizza sandwiches made with Mellow Mushroom’s signature pizza dough, premium meats and cheese, and fresh veggies.
Also building on the fast-fine concept, the new Mellow Mushroom location will serve exclusive mocktails and cocktails.
