Mellow Mushroom is adding a new Build Your Own Vegan Pizza option for all the vegan, vegetarian, and flexitarians out there.

Mellow Mushroom's new Build Your Own Vegan Pizza option gives consumers who adhere to a vegan diet a multitude of ways to enjoy one of the most classic comfort foods: pizza. The new DIY pizza option lets consumers choose from 19 available ingredients to create a custom pizza that suits their preferred taste and dietary preferences. Beyond veggies, the menu includes some unique topping options like tempeh and Follow Your Heart dairy-free cheese.

Mello Mushroom's new Build Your Own Vegan Pizza option will launch in January in support of the Veganuary campaign, which encourages people to try a vegan diet for the whole month of January.
