Fairy Tale Sculptures

Mister Finch Creates Upcycled Objects Inspired by British Folklore

A person would have to be familiar with British folklore to appreciate these fairy tale sculptures on a deeper cultural level. Yet they are also inspired by scenes of nature, which anyone can appreciate. This magical element simply brings an imaginative twist to the creations, which will transport people into another world in which anything seems possible.

Created by Mister Finch, the fairy tale sculptures are all made out of upcycled materials. He says, "It’s a joy to hunt for things for my work…the lost, found and forgotten all have places in what I make. Most of my pieces use recycled materials, not only as an ethical statement, but I believe they add more authenticity and charm. A story sewn in, woven in.” This is a great way to look at it, especially since many people focus on the environmental aspect of recycling.
