Meta, the parent company behind the social media platform Facebook, has debuted a line of smart glasses in collaboration with Ray-Ban named 'Ray-Ban Stories,' which seamlessly incorporate social connectivity through 'Facebook View.' Ray-Ban Stories glasses feature dual 5-megapixel cameras, in-built audio for media or phone calls, and an intuitive touch control system. The touch controls allow users to change the song, pause media playback, take a photo, or record a video easily through a responsive touchpad.
In addition to these convenient features, which are very reminiscent of the Google Glass venture from 2013, Ray-Ban Stories have integrated Facebook View onto the tech wearable. Facebook View functions as a companion smartphone application that allows users to connect their glasses to their phones.
