Experimental Distiller Series

Remus Bourbon Debuts the Master Distiller Experimental Series

Remus Bourbon, produced by the esteemed Ross & Squibb Distillery, has introduced the Master Distiller Experimental Series. This bold new line of limited-edition bourbons is intended to showcase the brand's innovative craftsmanship and affinity for unique flavor profiles.

The inaugural release of Remus Bourbon's Master Distiller Experimental Series is the Experimental Series No. 1, a nine-year-old bourbon aged in "lightly charred, heavily toasted Seguin Moreau barrels with staves seasoned for 24 months." This 107-proof bourbon offers a complex tasting experience, featuring aromas of cedar, port wine, and fig, followed by flavors of oak, toasted marshmallow, and chocolate. The finish rounds the experience off with candied pecans, black walnut, and leather.
