LG's 'Experience Happiness' campaign promotes the tech giant's newest social good initiative and aims to garner the attention of teens heading back to school. The campaign states research findings surrounding rising stress and suicide rates among teens who often find social and academic pressures overwhelming and mentally draining.
"According to the American Psychological Association, when school is in session, kids are the most stressed group in the country. Teenagers feel this stress most acutely, especially during the first days back at school, a time of mixed emotions that bring both excitement and anxiety."
LG's Experience Happiness campaign outlines a solution for teens, parents and educational institutions -- its list of 6 sustainable happiness skills and a result of its Science of Happiness research. The 6 sustainable happiness skills include mindfulness, human connection, gratitude, positive outlook, purpose and generosity which are said to be easy to teach, learn and practice.
