Prepackaged Exotic Meats

Many consumers know that exotic meat products exist on the market, but for those who desire them, sourcing them is not always easy and requires seeking out a distribuor who deals with more than just ordinary chicken, pork or beef. Highland Game recently launched 'Outlanddish,' a new brand that will make it easy for consumers to find exotic meats in leading supermarkets.

Some of the alternative meat products that are available through Outlanddish include Wagyu burgers, Iberico pork chops, ostrich steaks and veal burgers. In addition to packaged meats, Outlanddish also prepares several exotic meat dishes such as cottage pie, lasagna, stroganoff and chili with venison as a main ingredient.

As Highland Game describes, these new offerings are set to "challenge us to explore new mealtime possibilities."
