Inaugural English Whiskey Spirits

Ellers Farm Three Ridings Whiskey is the Distillery's First

Ellers Farm Three Ridings whiskey has been launched by the North Yorkshire distillery in the UK as a single malt English whiskey that follows on the brand's prowess with premium spirits. The whiskey is named after the East, North and West administrative areas within Yorkshire and focuses on flavor with long fermentations. The spirit has had its sharp notes softened through distillation, but retains its main character and has been matured in ex-Bourbon American oak casks. The spirit comes in with a 57.9% ABV and has been presented without information on tasting notes or technical aspects to put a focus on the process behind the product.

Founder Chris Fraser spoke on the Ellers Farm Three Ridings whiskey saying, "Three Ridings didn’t start with a marketing brief. It started with the question: how do we make the best possible single malt in Yorkshire that can stand alongside the very best in the world?”
