Grain-To-Glass Whiskey Lines

Heaven Hill Distillery Debuts Three New Expressions to Its Range

Heaven Hill Distillery has introduced a new limited-edition series of American whiskeys as an extension of its existing Grain to Glass line. This inaugural release consists of three distinct expressions — the 105 proof Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, the 105 proof Kentucky Straight Wheated Bourbon Whiskey, and the 107 proof Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey.

A defining characteristic of Heaven Hill Distillery's series is the use of Chinquapin Oak barrels for the entire six-year maturation period. This type of American oak was specifically selected for its influence on flavor. It imparts notes of butterscotch, chocolate, and toasted nuts.

Heaven Hill Distillery also emphasizes the traceability of its ingredients, noting the specific corn varietal used in each expression and its local farm source. The whiskeys are bottled without chill filtration and at their barrel proof, a practice aimed at preserving their full character.
