Matali Crasset just unveiled her latest project that comes in the form of an elegant wooden dishware collection called 'We Trust in Wood.' The line consists of seven items that are produced locally by La Meuse.
The collection was inspired by a rural art center called 'Vent des Forêts' located in France, which is where the dishware was produced. Crasset partnered with CROWDY HOUSE to launch the online sales for the tableware. The elegant wooden dishware collection is infused with elements of the natural French forest surroundings. Each plate, cup and bowl are durable dishware items created from sycamore trees that grow in the forest.
Crasset wanted to use a natural process and embody the wilderness of rural France. The light-colored dishware is a complimentary item for any kitchen.
