'Electron Boy' is Seattle's Savior for a Day Thanks to Make-A-Wish

Electron Boy is the most elaborate Make-A-Wish wish I have ever heard about. Meeting Madonna is nowhere near as cool as this story.

Electron Boy, a.k.a Erik Martin, is a 13-year-old who has liver cancer. Erik had always dreamed of being a superhero, and last Thursday he got his wish granted. Epically granted.

Highways were shut down as Electron Boy and his police escorts rode to rescue the Seattle Sounders who were trapped in Qwest Field. The day also included a showdown with two super villains and a key to the city for Erik. Click the links to read more about this heartwarming tale.
