Esports Verification Partnerships

eFuse is Automating Student Verification with MeasureOne

eFuse, an esports infrastructure provider, has partnered with MeasureOne, a data analytics provider, to bring automatic student authentication to its leagues. eFuse currently operates the College COD (CCL), the College Carball Association, and the collegiate Fortnite league.

In addition to depriving legitimate students of fair competition and endangering the sponsorship environment through potential involvement in controversies, fraudulent athletes can severely threaten esports leagues. With this new verification feature, eFuse will be able to vet players and decrease administrative fatigue, allowing all of the organization’s events to run smoothly.

The security of automated, deep-link student verification is being actively offered to institutions, brands, students, and publications. Ther program is expected to verify over 5,000 individual student applications for the Fall semester.
