This amazing 'Schwimmhaus' sustainable houseboat created by German architects Confused-Direction was built using salvaged wood that the designers collected from an old farmhouse as well as other sustainable building materials.

This modern eco-friendly houseboat also boasts a green roof. Still under construction, the Schwimmhaus is being designed to either float or just stay on shore.

Founded by Flo Florian and Sascha Akkermann, Confused-Direction specializes in interior, architectural and furniture design.
