As a self-proclaimed "queen of lazy cocktails," it was only a matter of time before Christina Lane of the Dessert for Two blog created and shared an easy sangria recipe for one.
Pitchers and sangria may be a perfect pairing, but when you want just a half an hour rather than a full evening of drinking, this is a great at-home solution. True to the name of the 'Lazy Girl Sangria,' everything can be prepared and enjoyed from the same wine glass, so the only cleaning up you'll have to do is finishing your drink.
The fruity sangria is made with a base of red wine and club soda, combined with orange liquor and fresh raspberries that have been muddled. For the lazy girl who wants a nice presentation, there's also the option of adding citrus slices for garnish.
