Casey Weldon, a talented illustrator who has an eye for thinking up dystopian worlds that are both terrifying and immaculate recently expanded his collection with a series of artwork which surrounds continues this theme.
While past projects infused vampire subjects with pig qualities -- or even actor Bill Murray with various Wes Anderson characters -- some of the artist's latest work shows feminine subjects interacting with their strange surroundings. By placing them in locations where they're totally alone and unnatural colors take over the skies, Casey Weldon manages to create a dystopian world that's haunting to look at.
Included in the series is the image of a giant woman eating what looks to be a blood-filled moon as wolves look on and another that shows a girl emerging from an icy sea with a flame lit atop her index finger.
