Edible Churro Bowls

Milky Lane is an Australian ice cream shop set to open in a few weeks that is planning on enticing consumers with delicious creamery flavors as well as edible dishes made from foods, such as donut dough. The churro ice cream bowl will allow consumers to enjoy a delicious selection of ice cream in edible dishware, while simultaneously having two desserts at once with the added pastry base.

The churro bowl is a rounded dish made from traditional churro donut dough that is then moulded, frozen, deep fried and rolled in cinnamon sugar. The bowls are set to be filled with homemade soft serve produced by Milky Lane, including decadent flavors such as Nutella topped with caramel sauce. Despite the added treat, the churro bowl's edible design also helps to eliminate waste.
