Diverse Cuisine Snack Bars

This Bar Offers Food in the Form of Snacks

Toronto's Pinkerton's Snack Bar is owned by Marc Baglio and the establishment's chef Andy Wilson only makes small portioned plates inspired by diverse cuisines.

The snack bar's food is constantly changing and much of the menu items depend on what the chef is able to buy at Kensington Market that is in season and healthy. The diverse cuisine consists of only three permanent menu items and the rest are up to the chef's discretion. Each of the items that the chef makes feature small portions or are appetizers designed for people to share.

The benefits of providing small meals to customers are that patrons are able to try a variety of different cuisines in one setting without getting full on one dish. Additionally, visitors are given the opportunity to try a variety of cultural dishes in one spot.
