Design studio WE ARE ONA works in collaboration with Crosby Studios to present the Dish Pit exhibitions, which is an immersive gastronomic experience. The dish pit is often the very heart of a culinary area and rightfully a place of passage for anyone in the food and beverage industry.

Now, the duo imagine it as a stage for the installation in an avant-garde approach to design. The Dirty Dishes is a limited series that features tableware from a minimal angle in the form of an installation and pop-up. It means to really show the modern Thai gastronomy of the Michelin-starred Chef Dalad Kambhu. Her plant-based menu is the essence of her Kin Dee restaurant and also invites a sense of community for food enthusiasts.
