A company called Archaix Laboratories is bidding to produce and sell 'Tricera Hi-Tops', dinosaur shoes that aim to solve "society's problem of a lack of wearable dinosaurs." The shoes are shaped to have eyes on either side and horns to resemble triceratops, the bad-ass vegetarian dinosaurs that went extinct 65 million years ago.

The Tricera Hi-Tops aren't just designed to look funky, they're also very comfortable. They are breathable, functional shoes that feel like athletic sneakers. They won't get you through a marathon or triathlon, but they'll get you through a regular day.

Like triceratops, the Tricera Hi-Tops dinosaur shoes are built to be rugged and withstand a beating.

As a child, I was absolutely obsessed with dinosaurs and the triceratops was my favorite dinosaur, rather than the T-Rex which was just too mainstream for me. These Tricera Hi-Tops are certainly something I could get behind. If you want to get behind them too, you can check out the company's Kickstarter page.
