As the name describes, the shoes take on a dramatic and monstrous look. It is a unisex design made up of a low-slung kitten heel base that has a two-inch rise.
The shoe's upper is a chunky and surreal 'foot' that is made from leather materials and even complete to have vein-like accents. The 'feet' are then painted in bright green as a nod to the Hulk or a natural skin tone as Big Foot. To round out the shoes, there is a tan lining that embodies the branding detail.
