As of Pi Day 2024, pizza lovers who experience a mishap with their delivery or carry-out orders can upload a proof of their damaged pizza and get a pizza coupon from DiGiorno to right a wrong.

The photos uploaded to the microsite will use artificial intelligence to determine the level of damage to the pizza, which corresponds to the value of a digital coupon—30% damage is recognized with $1 off, up to 60% for $1.50 and up to 100% for $2.

With this initiative, the frozen pizza brand is mobilizing AI technology to challenge its QSR competitors.
