This is a situation you don't want to find yourself in. I couldn't imagine a worse way to go. Graphic thoughts aside, this collection entitled 'Deep River of Sorrows' is absolutely stunning. Photographer Carla Pires has combined the beautiful and the macabre to create an end result that draws you in and transfixes your gaze.
Though I imagine it was a pretty easy trick to pull off (likely using a glass shower doors with a bit of lighting manipulation), often the simplest shoots garner the best result. The Deep River of Sorrows showcases a horrible scenario in the most beautiful way possible.
