The D20 Gingerbread House is not a person's typical holiday project. The 'D20' refers to the role-playing game system that was introduced for the third edition of Dungeons & Dragons. A geeky homage, it revolves around the dice that are used for such games. Interestingly, although dubbed the 'D20 Gingerbread House,' it was actually made out of graham crackers. What a festive ruse!

Created by Kat and Cam of Our Nerd Home, the D20 Gingerbread House is the perfect gift for equally geeky friends. A patience-trying project, the creators warn, "t is hard to the get the angles right, hard to get the shape to stay formed correctly, hard to get the icing to go on/stay straight, and hard to not eat while you’re making it." They also made a D6 and D4 dice.
