Bedazzled Electric Scooters

The Blonds' NYFW Show Featured a Custom Ninebot KickScooter MAX

At New York Fashion Week, The Blonds debuted its newest collection inspired by Moulin Rouge as part of a theatrical runway-meets-Broadway experience with stage performances and even a custom Ninebot KickScooter MAX that scooted down the runway. The fashion house collaborated with Segway to show off a high-fashion version of the electric scooter that was covered in Preciosa crystals to fit the glitzy showgirl theme of the anticipated NYFW event.

As The Blonds described, "This season the show is all about modern-day showgirls and Segway inspired us to create a showgirl on the go with a crystallized Ninebot KickScooter." As well as playing a part during the actual runway show, the electric scooters were also used to help the team members quickly make pre-show preparations backstage.
