Italian design studio Pininfarina is known for its close association with iconic supercar brands such as Ferrari and Alfa Romero, but the design house is also making a splash in the urban architecture world, with its moves into this sphere best exemplified by the Faria Lima Avenue residential tower in the Brazilian city of Sao Paolo.
Constructed by Brazilian company Cyrela, this residential tower features an elegant, curvy design that is inspired by the motions and influence of the wind. The tower covers 22,000 square feet of space, and contains 92 apartments in its 23 stories.
Ultimately, this gorgeous residential tower speaks to how design expertise in one area can be used to inform and influence ventures in other markets, and with spectacular results.
