These vodkas are combined with two types of vermouth, Luxardo Bianco and Dolin Dry, and the resulting bitterness is balanced with kulukki syrup and curry leaves. This cocktail is not just a distinctly South Asian twist on the classic martini, but it also references kulukki sarbath, a traditional South Indian shaken citrus drink spiced with green chilli.
