Nordstrom is improving its customer service this holiday season by providing consumers with a unique way to shop through a service called Curbside Pick Up.
This pick up service differs from others of its kind as it prioritizes the shoppers convenience, over the selling of a product. Through the service shoppers are encouraged to browse through online stores and are given a confirmation number to contact after their order has been placed. When consumers are on their way to pick up an item, they can call or text this same number, promoting a Nordstrom employee to gather the goods, and wait outside for the buyer to arrive in their car. Through the brand's Curb Side Pick-Up, consumers are provided with the opportunity to collect their ordered items, without having to leave their car.
This service runs 24 hours a day, meaning shoppers can schedule to pick up a parcel at 3PM or 3AM.
