When it comes to ethical businesses, one of the highest honors in the manufacturing category is definitely the Leaping Bunny cruelty-free certification. Recently, the stamp was given to global beauty brand Covergirl, making it the largest brand to achieve this recognition.

The brand's parent company — Coty, has made it clear that its intentions lie within the scope of sustainability, ethics and consumer concern. As a result, the establishment has made it its mission to "demonstrate [its] commitment" and its dedication to being a leading example of a "championing open, inclusive and sustainable beauty [brand]."

Covergirl achieved its cruelty-free certification in November and Coty plans to add one more of its brands to the Leaping Bunny list in the next two years.
