Looks like China may be giving Japan a little competition with regards to public transportation with its CRH-X Cobra train concept. Putting the Japanese bullet train to test, this sleek and speedy model may be the new standard of transit.

Designed by Gary Gu, the CRH-X Cobra train is a concept proposal for the Changchun Railway Vehicles Co., Ltd, Tsinghua University and Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. Inspired by the snake it is named after, it's designed to relieve overcrowded roads.
