Pollo Campero is Serving Up 3 New Sauces, Including Creamy Jalapeno

The popular fried chicken chain Pollo Campero has just unveiled three tasty new sauce options: Sweet & Tangy, Spicy & Smoky, and Creamy Jalapeno.

Available for a limited time now through November 25, 2024, Pollo Campero's new limited-time sauces are perfectly crafted to pair with its fried chicken, grilled chicken, and other savory menu items like fries. The first of the new sauces is the Sweet & Tangy, which is described as "a smooth sauce with a syrup-like consistency that balances sweet and sour with a tangy zing." On the other hand, the Spicy & Smoky is a spicier take on the brand's classic Campero sauce, taking a blend of BBQ sauce made with smoked chipotle pepper and garlic, and then adding cayenne pepper for some medium-low heat and a hint of sweetness. Finally, the Creamy Jalapeno sauce is described as "a creamy, spicy sauce with buttermilk, savory garlic, onion, and dill, finishing with a medium kick of jalapeno heat."
