Danish citizens will have a tremendous role to play in lighting up this year's Copenhagen Christmas tree. The annual tree will be lit using the energy generated from riders of 15 bikes in Copenhagen's City Hall Square.
The 17-meter Copenhagen Christmas tree, which is adorned with 700 LED bulbs, provides an amazing example of eco-friendly power. With Copenhagen known as the 'City of Cyclists,' the pedal-powered LED tree will act as a gigantic representation of the city's love for green transportation.
