Concrete Grid-Forward Commercial Towers

TRIPTYQUE Has Designed Inspira SP

TRIPTYQUE's Inspira SP is a commercial tower in São Paulo's Paulista Avenue region that features a peripheral concrete structural grid that frees interior spaces for flexible, reprogrammable use over time.

TRIPTYQUE's Inspira SP project demonstrates how a building can actively contribute to the city's landscape and ecological health. The concrete grid structural system allows each floor to be adapted for different programs, ensuring longevity and relevance as tenant needs evolve. A continuous system of planters integrated into the concrete enables vegetation to spread across the facade, recomposing native biome elements and giving the tower a dynamic appearance.

At ground level, the building opens to the public with a grandstand and lush garden, dissolving the boundary between private development and urban space. The rooftop features a small forest connecting architecture to the horizon, on the other hand.
