Consumer-led concert pricing is an interesting approach that the Spanish promoters Caravana de Emerxencia will be taking on during a show that is taking place in Sala Capitol in Santiago, Spain.

The promoters have recognized that many fans are not able to attend the performances of their favorite bands due to the rapidly increasing ticket pricing, which has been a direct result of the overwhelming attendance demands.

After the four bands, Skarallaos, Chotokoeu, Skarnivals and Swingdigentes play at the event, the attendees will be free to decide on and pay however much they personally think the band deserves to be paid.

The promoters agree that this method is also helpful in avoiding disappointment fans feel after feeling they have overpaid a ticket for a less than breath-taking show.
