The double-sided brow pencil includes a split-lead cream brow pencil and a dense kabuki blender brush to create a "natural-looking balayage for your brows." Thanks to the two-toned lead, the pencil helps to effortlessly create an eyebrow look that's lifted with one matte brow-filling shade and a coordinating illuminator for accenting the brow bone. The Revlon Colorstay Browlights pencil is available in a range of colors, including blonde, brown and soft black shades.
