LightArt's Coil Collection is Made with Recycled Materials

LightArt's Coil Collection consists of seven upcycled pendant light designs that are made from recycled plastic materials, each of which has a unique matte finish that looks handmade and pottery-like. The collection made with additive manufacturing introduces styles in classic black and white styles that are available in a variety of different sizes and diameters. Notably, algorithmic adjustments help to make the pieces seem even more handmade in terms of their look and feel.

While the Coil Collection has been in the works for years and helps to give new life to LightArt's own waste materials, the company is aiming to work with others in the future to create even more net-positive products. With this pendant collection, LightArt asks: "What can we do with falloff material?"
