Elevated Dual-Purpose Spaces

COhatch Hamilton Opens Its Doors in a Former Bank Building

COhatch, a work and lifestyle brand focused on revitalizing downtown areas, has opened a new location in Hamilton called COhatch Hamilton. The space is housed within a redeveloped four-story former bank building. An adjoining evening venue named Eyrie Cocktail Lounge offers curated cocktails, craft beer, an international wine menu, and gourmet snacks in a speakeasy-style atmosphere.

The COhatch Hamilton is, thus, a dual-purpose space functioning as a coworking hub for small businesses, entrepreneurs, startups, nonprofits, and freelancers during the day. Its interesting interior features preserved art deco architecture, original bank safes, a podcast room, and conference facilities. In the evening, the space transitions into a social destination for colleagues, friends, and families or a larger event venue called Bank Hall that can accommodate up to 160 people for galas, weddings, and other gatherings.
