Comfortable Corporate Retreat Homes

COhatch Debuts the Cozy Middlebury House in Powell

COhatch, a lifestyle brand that provides workspaces and community-oriented environments, has introduced a new corporate retreat venue called the Middlebury House. The property — a restored 140-year-old home — is located on the company's Powell, Ohio campus.

COhatch positions its Middlebury House as ideal for organizations seeking a private, flexible off-site location that combines professional meeting spaces with social and team-building activities. The property features both indoor and outdoor areas accommodating groups of six to 60 people. The corporate retreat includes a fully equipped kitchen, multiple breakout rooms, a patio with a grill and fire pits, and access to the broader COhatch ecosystem, which includes the adjacent COhatch Powell workspace and the Lani Rooftop Lounge for post-event dining and drinks.

Organizations can customize their experience with curated activities such as wine tastings, bourbon samplings, chef-led meals, and team cookouts, and they may reserve the space by the room, half-day, or full-day, with quarterly and annual packages available for corporate partners.
