Traditional plaster casts are notorious for being uncomfortable and itchy, so the conceptual 'Cocoon' cast has been created to help offer a breathable alternative that focused on speeding up the healing process in a comfortable way.

The cast works by being affixed onto the arm and stabilizing the wrist to speed up the bone mending process, while the thin, lightweight design will be favored by wearers who need to get back to their daily routine as quickly as possible. The cast has been designed by Tung-Jun Yang and can also be changed into the optimal shape to accommodate patients with different needs or body variations.

The conceptual 'Cocoon' cast also integrates an enhanced airflow design that eliminates irritation to keep wearers comfortable during the healing process.
