Corvus Coffee, based in Denver, Colorado, is now introducing an all-new menu for cocktails made with coffee.
While this idea has been around for years, Corvus Coffee is putting a fresh spin on coffee cocktails by using cold brew. One of the standout items on the menu is the Winter Flower, which is made with a floral jasmine syrup, lime juice and a base of Ethiopia Guji Kayon Mountain Farm cold brew.
Although the word "cocktail" might mislead one into thinking that there is alcohol involved, these upscale drinks are only served in cocktail glasses and alcohol is not an ingredient included in the menu. The experience of watching the elevated cold brew coffee cocktails being made is enough to entice consumers to explore the world of craft coffee.
